Case Study: Manchester SEO and Website Design
Merlin Architectural supplies an array of quality ironmongery to the construction sector, with a focus on excellent service. Based in the northwest, their Manchester office serves the city and surrounding area, and projects they have supplied include some of the most prestigious in the country.
The Challenge
Merlin needed a new website to not only showcase their array of attractive products, and detail their completed projects, but to also be visible to building and fit-out companies searching for ironmongery. Part of the brief was to use their own in-house content writers to publish relevant, compelling articles, both for educating their clients and to improve their search engine rankings for carefully chosen target keywords..
The Solution
UClimb proposed a WordPress website with the latest Elementor Pro page builder and a bespoke SEO package. The website was designed to be easy for the Merlin team to use, and the Manchester SEO services assisted the Merlin team to continue with their content writing, whilst providing accurate and timely progress reports, with a monthly team meeting. The combination of Merlin’s industry knowledge and sector awareness with UClimb’s SEO methods and website technical expertise produced sustainable growth in online visibility.
The Results
The resulting website shows over 500 products and 1800 images, and the Merlin team have added over 25 blogs and case studies. Over a 12-month period, we tracked nearly 100 keywords daily, and recorded an increase of over 2800 places, which resulted in an additional 10 relevant keywords on page 1.
