Market Research (2 Day)

Our 2-day market research typically kicks off with a Zoom meeting (in advance of the 2 days) where we discuss what you want the research to uncover, so that we have clearly defined objectives from the start.

At the same meeting, we can brainstorm the types of questions to ask, and discuss appropriate audiences and personas to speak to.

If you are able to provide the contact details for the people we need to speak to, we can then make a start contacting people right away on day 1 (normally scheduled at a later date, following the initial Zoom discussion).  And then Day 2 involves follow up attempts to anyone not reachable on Day 1, and also contacts to people we didn’t get time to phone on Day 1.

We typically agree a minimum sample size, and it is important to have 2x or 3x more people on the list than the minimum sample size, as it’s usually not possible to get through to everyone on those 2 days.

If at the initial Zoom meeting we simply define the types of people to speak to, but you aren’t able to provide a ready-to-go list of contacts, then much of Day 1 will be spent creating a list of contacts, and then the remainder of Day 1 plus all of Day 2 will be spent reaching out to these.

If the minimum sample size is not reached by the end of Day 2, we will spend up to 1 further day trying to reach out to further contacts to make up the numbers, so that you have a large enough data sample to provide meaningful insights to guide your marketing strategy.
